To promote capacity-building in the Law of Treaties, IMLI is offering for the second time an online intensive programme on the subject. The Institute notes with pride that the first Programme was attended by 157 government nominated participants from 98 countries. Among them were Ambassadors, Alternate Permanent Representatives of countries to IMO, Directors of Government Departments, and Diplomats.
