The Institute is proud to announce the launch of the book entitled “Transport Law on Passenger Rights” which forms part of the book series “IMLI Studies in International Maritime Law”. The book was edited and co-authored by Professor Marko Pavliha (Professor of International Maritime Law, Transport Law, and Insurance Law at the University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Maritime Studies and Transportation, Portorož, Slovenia). Professor Pavliha is also a longstanding Visiting Professor at IMLI and a Member of the IMLI Governing Board.
