Judge María Teresa Infante Caffi (Judge of the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea (ITLOS)), delivered a lecture on 4 May to the IMLI Class of 2020-2021 entitled ‘Presenting before International Courts and Tribunals: A Practitioner’s Perspective.’ Judge Infante was welcomed by Professor David Attard (Director, IMLI), who informed the government
nominated participants that Judge Infante is a friend of the Institute. He noted that not only is she an outstanding lawyer and diplomat, but one having an impressive portfolio of published works in international law.
