Judge Kathy-Ann Brown (Judge of the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea (ITLOS)) delivered an online lecture on 6 April to the IMLI Class of 2020-2021 entitled ‘International Dispute Settlement.’ In introducing Judge Brown, Professor David Attard (Director, IMLI), expressed his delight to have her deliver a lecture to the participants of the IMLI Course on Peaceful Settlement of Maritime Disputes. He informed the participants that Judge Brown, one of the newest elected judges to the Tribunal, enjoys an outstanding international reputation.
