On Monday, 18 October 2021 the IMO International Maritime Law Institute (IMLI) will welcome its 33rd generation of lawyers and maritime professionals. Students hailing from El Salvador and Guinea-Bissau will represent their countries for the first time in any of the Institute’s master programmes. Mr. Xiaojie Zhang (Director, Technical Cooperation Division) will deliver a welcoming message on behalf of the Organization.
