The IMO International Maritime Law Institute (IMLI) welcomed its 33rd generation students for the academic year 2021-2022 today, 18 October 2021. The students were welcomed by Professor David Attard (Director, IMLI) and Mr. Xiaojie Zhang (Director, Technical Cooperation Division). The Inaugural Lecture was delivered by Mr. Frederick Kenney
(Director, IMO Legal Affairs and External Relations Division).
