Dr. Kofi Mbiah (Former Chairman of the IMO Legal Committee and Governor, IMLI Governing Board) on 17 May delivered a lecture on “The Blue Economy and the Marine Environment” to the participants and IMLI Class of 2020-2021. Dr. Mbiah was introduced by Professor David Attard (Director, IMLI), who described him as one of Africa’s best maritime lawyers and an old friend of the Institute.
